Arguments

z

A matrix of motifs by samples, row-wise z-scored.

ann

Optional data.frame of sample annotation, one row per column of z.

annCols

Columns of ann drawn as annotation bars.

split

Optional column of ann splitting the columns.

limits

Range covered by the colour scale.

name

Legend title.

Value

A Heatmap object.
