Usage

prepareTFBS(tfbs, enhancer = NULL, ignoreStrand = TRUE)

Arguments

tfbs

A GRanges of binding sites of one motif.

enhancer

Optional GRanges restricting the sites.

ignoreStrand

If TRUE, strand information is ignored.

Value

A GRanges object.
