Positions without an insertion are kept as zeros, so the profile is an
insertion density per base and per site rather than a mean over the
covered positions only.
Usage
accProfile(ins, tfbs, ignoreStrand = TRUE)
Arguments
- ins
A GRanges of insertion sites with a score
column.
- tfbs
A GRanges of binding sites, prepared with
prepareTFBS.
- ignoreStrand
If TRUE, strand information is ignored.
Value
A data.table with the columns x and
avg_ins, or NULL if no insertion falls in the sites.
