Each point is a TF: x = activity in resting, y = activity in stimulated. Points are coloured by TF family (ascTFFamily) and faded when not significant in either context. Points above the diagonal gain allele-specific activity on stimulation (amplification); the two families typically separate into opposite quadrants. (This replaces the earlier "handoff/flip" framing, which the data did not support.)
